Copyright Amendment Bill B13B - 2017
To amend the Copyright Act, 1978, so as to define certain words and expressions; to allow for further limitations and exceptions regarding the reproduction of copyright works.
It is aimed at updating the Copyright Act 98 of 1978 (Copyright Act) to make it more effective for educators, researchers, and people with disabilities.
