Use the search bar to look for specific content such as journals, databases, or subjects.
  3. Locate the RSS feed:
There will be an RSS icon (Near search results).
  4. Copy the RSS URL:
Right-click the RSS feed icon and select "Copy Link Address" to capture the feed URL.

    • For example, you might create a collection named “Library Resources” or “Summon Feeds.”
  6. Click Follow:
    • Once added, Feedly will start pulling in articles and updates from the Summon Discovery RSS feed.

Step 4: Organize Your Feedly

  1. Categorize your feeds:
    • If you have multiple RSS feeds, you can organize them into different categories such as “eJournals,” “Databases,” or “New Acquisitions.”
  2. Customize updates:
    • Feedly allows you to customize how you see content updates—choose between list views, card views, or full articles.

Step 5: Access and Monitor Summon Updates

  1. View feed updates:
    • After setting up the RSS feeds, new articles or content from Summon Discovery will appear in your Feedly dashboard under the assigned collection.
  2. Stay updated:
    • You can quickly check for new library resources, journal issues, or database updates as Feedly will pull the latest entries from the Summon RSS feed.
  3. Enable notifications:
    • Optionally, enable notifications for specific feeds so that you’re immediately informed of new content.
